Your new role:
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver advanced mental health nursing care while leading clinical practice within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
- Provide high-level, recovery-focused care to consumers with complex mental health needs, particularly psychotic disorders
- Lead clinical decision-making, care planning, and coordination to ensure safe, evidence-based outcomes
- Support and guide the multidisciplinary team, contributing to education, supervision, and a positive team culture
- Play a key role in quality improvement, risk management, and service development initiatives
About you:
You are a confident and experienced mental health nurse who brings strong clinical leadership and a commitment to person-centred care.
- Registered Nurse with current registration and demonstrated experience in mental health nursing
- Advanced clinical skills with the ability to manage complex presentations and apply critical thinking
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to support and influence others
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
