About your opportunity
As a Mental Health Clinician within the North Queensland Adolescent Forensic Mental Health Service, you will be providing a flexible mental health clinical service to children and adolescents with severe mental health difficulties and/or substance abuse issues who are involved in the criminal justice system in either, a community outreach, Court, Watch House or Youth Detention Centre setting within a multidisciplinary team environment. You will also provide forensic mental health specific expertise and advice through consultation and liaison and education to key stakeholders working with young people at risk of mental illness and involvement with the Criminal Justice system.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $79,051 to $122,048 p.a. (HP3/Nurse Grade 6 Band 1)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
- Additional allowances and entitlements as per relevant award/EB agreement
