- Champion innovation and integration, driving new models of service delivery across a large, multidisciplinary workforce
- Strengthen system resilience, positioning the division to respond to emerging health challenges, technological disruption, and increasing demand
- Advise at the highest levels, supporting the Director-General and contributing to whole-of-system reform
You will play a critical role in executive decision-making and system stewardship, influencing policy, embedding strong governance and performance frameworks, and working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable, high-quality services.
Importantly, you will lead with purpose, championing initiatives that advance equity, especially improving access and outcomes for First Nations peoples and communities experiencing disadvantage.

- The ability to balance immediate operational demands with long-term sustainability and reform
- A track record of driving change, navigating ambiguity, and managing statewide risk
You are highly skilled at working across boundaries, building trusted relationships, and mobilising diverse stakeholders toward shared goals. At the executive table, you contribute insight, judgement, and influence, grounded in both analytical rigour and lived leadership experience.
