As a Relief Administration Officer, you will provide administrative relief and support across a range of hospital, community and primary health services, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of clinical and administrative functions.
- Provide reception, patient administration and customer service support, including managing enquiries, appointments, admissions, discharges and patient records.
- Maintain accurate information within a range of healthcare systems and databases while ensuring high quality record management and reporting.
- Contribute to efficient service delivery through effective workload management, stakeholder liaison, continuous improvement and peer support.
This role requires flexibility with availability to work full-time shifts between 7am and 11pm in line with operational requirements for the relief coverage needed across the health service.

Requirements
- Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded including Certificate III in Business or similar.
- C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
- This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
- A period of probation may apply.
