What your day could look like
As Manager - Operational Services, you'll help ensure the services behind healthcare run smoothly, creating a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for patients, residents, staff and visitors. Through strong leadership, collaboration and continuous improvement, you'll contribute to better experiences and outcomes across the health service.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Leading operational teams to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality support services.
- Developing team capability through coaching, workforce planning and performance support.
- Driving improvements that strengthen quality, safety, compliance and service efficiency.
- Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to achieve operational priorities and sustainable outcomes.

You're a capable and approachable leader who enjoys bringing people together to achieve great results. You lead with compassion, integrity and courage, balancing people, resources and priorities to deliver meaningful outcomes. You take pride in building strong teams, improving services and making a positive difference for the community.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Experience leading operational, facilities or support service teams.
- Strong skills in people management, stakeholder engagement and service coordination.
- The ability to solve problems, manage competing priorities and drive improvements.
- A current C Class Driver Licence and the ability to meet role compliance requirements.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare, aged care, rural or regional settings and/or hold food safety or operational leadership qualifications.
Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to help deliver services that support healthier communities.
