What your day could look like
If you're someone who thrives on variety, this is the role for you. While many jobs promise "no two days are the same", this one delivers. One day you could be supporting a consumer in their home, the next collaborating with GPs, hospitals and community partners, leading complex clinical decisions or mentoring junior staff. Every day brings new challenges, new connections and new opportunities to make an impact.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering high quality mental health care that supports recovery, stability and independence.
- Leading clinical decision making and coordinating care with multidisciplinary partners.
- Building strong relationships with consumers, families and community services.
- Championing safe, evidence based practice and continuous improvement.
Why you'll love this team
The work is rewarding, but it's the people who make this team special.
You'll join a welcoming multidisciplinary team where knowledge is shared, questions are encouraged and everyone is supported to grow. From your first day, experienced leaders and colleagues will invest in your success, helping you build confidence while making a genuine difference in your community.
Let's talk about you!
You're someone who enjoys variety, thinks critically and stays calm when no two days are the same. You build trust through compassion, communicate confidently and understand that effective mental health care starts with genuine human connection.
You enjoy working autonomously while recognising the best outcomes come through collaboration. Most importantly, you're committed to supporting people on their recovery journey.
To thrive in this role, you'll have:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with authority to practise in Australia.
- Experience delivering adult mental health care, ideally in community settings.
- Strong clinical judgement, communication skills and recovery-focused practice.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region.
You'll stand out with rural or regional experience and/or postgraduate qualifications or professional credentials in mental health.
Most importantly, we're seeking someone who shares our values of compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage, and wants to make a meaningful difference.
