Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll contribute to a high-quality patient experience while maintaining exceptional clinical standards.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering evidence-based perioperative nursing care that supports patient safety, wellbeing and recovery.
  • Building trusted relationships with patients, families and colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment.
  • Applying sound clinical judgement and specialist perioperative knowledge to respond confidently to changing patient needs.
  • Contributing to quality improvement, patient safety and continuous learning that strengthens care delivery.

Let's talk about you!

You're an experienced Scrub/Scout or Recovery RN who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion. You stay calm under pressure, communicate with confidence and work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for patients. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Commitment to professional development, quality improvement and patient-centred care.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate perioperative qualifications and/or experience supporting learning, mentoring or leadership within healthcare teams.

Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to every interaction, helping deliver outstanding care for the community.
