Tell me more... To provide an efficient and effective catering and food preparation service to meet the needs of Thursday Island Hospital. The position of Cook forms part of a team and is responsible to ensure that the guidelines for the preparation and presentation of patients' meals within time frames ensuring nutritional needs are met. This position will supervise 002 Operational Officers within the Catering Service.
