Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Supporting people to achieve their health, mobility and wellbeing goals through tailored allied health programs.
  • Working closely with allied health professionals and multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver coordinated, person-centred care.
  • Assisting with individual, group and virtual service delivery that improves access to care and promotes independence.
  • Contributing to quality improvement, accurate record keeping and positive service experiences for patients and families.

Let's Talk About You

You're someone who combines practical skills with genuine care for others. You communicate with empathy, work collaboratively, and take pride in helping people build confidence and independence. Whether you're supporting a group program, contributing to a care plan or helping improve service delivery, you bring compassion, integrity and dignity to every interaction. You're motivated by making a real difference and enjoy being part of a team that values innovation, courage and continuous learning.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to support allied health programs and work confidently within delegated responsibilities.
  • Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience supporting older people in community, aged care or healthcare settings and/or experience assisting with group programs or telehealth services.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people live well, stay independent and achieve meaningful outcomes in their everyday lives.

Together, you'll help deliver care that reflects compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
