Medical Imaging at Townsville University Hospital provides high-quality diagnostic imaging services to the North Queensland community. The patient-focused team works across General X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine and PET, and Interventional Radiology, with a strong commitment to collaboration, education, research and continual improvement.

Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Salary range: $81,649 to $90,801 p.a. (AO3)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • District - Northern - East allowance
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Join the Medical Imaging team as a Patient Services Officer and make a positive difference to the experience of patients, their families and the public. You'll deliver exceptional person-centred customer service while working collaboratively within the administrative team, building positive relationships and providing quality support that contributes to high standards of organisational and patient-focused outcomes.

Requirements:

  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
