The Women's and Children's Service Group delivers coordinated health services across Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS), suporting a diverse range of patients and communities. Services span paediatrics, women's and children's health, obstetrics and gynaecology, oral health and community-based care.

Competitive salary and benefits:

Generous remuneration package value up to $2272 p.m. comprising:

  • Salary range: $41.17 to $45.79 p.h. (AO3)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • District - Northern Division - East allowance

About your opportunity:

Join the Women's and Children's Service Group as an Executive Support Officer and provide high-level confidential secretarial and executive support across its specialty teams. Working with consultants and medical directors, you'll use your organisational and communication skills to coordinate priorities, build relationships and contribute to the smooth delivery of administrative services across the service group.

Requirements:

  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
