About your role:
In this position you will…..
- Provide professional advice and support to ensure the operational management team is working and functioning effectively within existing frameworks, awards and timeframes.
- Liaise with clients including HR and Payroll regarding rostering requirements ensuring, approved rosters, etc. are plotted and submitted prior to established deadlines. Ensure the timely completion of appropriate documentation for employee movement and leave.
- Analyse and evaluate reports on sick leave, long service leave, annual leave and RDO balances, etc. and provide written findings and recommendations.
