About us:
Ward 2 is a surgical/paediatric ward providing expert, evidence-based patient-centred care for Surgical and Paediatric patients utilising integrated, multidisciplinary, quality health care services that respond to the needs of the Innisfail community. With 21 beds, Ward 2 provides safe, effective and appropriate care for Adults, Children and Adolescents in an acute care setting, from admission through to discharge.

About your role:
In this position you will…..
- Influence and promote high standards of clinical practice within a multidisciplinary team.
- Practice collaboratively and provide clinical leadership within the interdisciplinary health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
- Use effective communication skills to influence and convince others in a mature, confident manner to achieve positive client outcomes, including providing informant and/or advice on clinical issues within the RN scope of practice.
