What your day could look like
As an AV and Ops Support Officer, you'll help create seamless technology experiences that support healthcare teams across the region. From improving collaboration through modern AV solutions to resolving complex technical challenges, you'll work with a supportive team to deliver technology outcomes that make a real difference every day.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering reliable AV and ICT solutions that enhance communication, collaboration and service delivery across multiple sites.
- Partnering with clinical and corporate teams to understand needs and implement practical technology outcomes.
- Providing expert guidance on complex technical issues and supporting colleagues as a senior escalation point.
- Driving continuous improvement through solution design, documentation and the adoption of best practice technology standards.

- Experience supporting AV, hardware and software solutions within a complex ICT environment.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver practical, customer-focused outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently when required.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience across areas such as networking, end user computing, project support, medical technology or Microsoft Power Platform, and/or relevant industry training or certifications.
