What your day could look like

As a Supply Officer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring teams across the health service have the supplies, equipment and support they need to deliver quality care. From maintaining efficient stock flow to building strong relationships with internal customers, you'll be part of a collaborative team that helps keep services running smoothly across the health service.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Ensuring essential supplies and equipment are received, stored and delivered accurately so teams can focus on caring for patients.
  • Supporting efficient inventory and imprest management to maintain product availability and reduce disruptions to service delivery.
  • Working closely with colleagues and customers to resolve enquiries, coordinate supply needs and achieve reliable outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve stock management, workflows and service responsiveness across the supply chain.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current C Class Driver Licence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to use computer systems and learn new processes and equipment.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in warehousing, distribution, inventory management or supply operations.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering reliable service, supporting others and contributing to positive outcomes every day.
