Queensland Health’s eHealth Agency is one of the largest Information Communication Technology operations in the state. It is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of information systems and technologies so that Queensland Health employees and health providers have access to information that supports the delivery of health care.

The role
Reporting to the Manager,  you will ensure that effective support, focusing on asset management, is provided to the West Moreton Digital Partnership Team in a timely manner. You will provide financial administrative support to the work unit by undertaking activities associated with procurement, ICT asset and equipment management, accounts receivable and systems application. This will include maintaining an efficient and effective records management system as well as demonstrating a high level of customer service, particularly in providing quotes to customers.

The successful person
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to learn new systems and knowledge of policies and practices relating to asset management, procurement, goods receipting and records management.  You will be organised, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work unsupervised.  You will work well in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal skills.    You will have experience with or the ability to quickly learn ServiceNow, HP Openview Service Centre and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes.  An open ‘C’ class driver’s licence is desirable.
