About the Role

Fulfil the accountabilities of this position in accordance with Queensland Health's core values, as outlined above.

Organise, coordinate and manage all administrative aspects for the office of the DPE and the CMR.

Provides administrative support to the Director of Physician Education and the Chief Medical Registrar.

Prepare, coordinate and distribute Registrar allocations for Internal Medicine Services (IMS) Registrars and Cancer Care Services (CCS) – Haematology and Medical Oncology Registrars.

Prepare, coordinate and distribute Registrar rosters for Internal Medicine Services (IMS) Registrars and Cancer Care Services (CCS) – Haematology and Medical Oncology Registrars including but not limited to; standard departmental, after hours and leave.
