About the Role

The Clinical Nurse – Community delivers quality, recovery-based care at an advanced level to people living in the community who have been diagnosed as having serious mental health conditions. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the clinical nurse provides discipline specific case management to consumers as well as support for carers and their families.

Salary Information

The total remuneration value of up to $112,692 p.a., is comprised of: salary between $92,239 - $98,769 p.a., up to 12.75% employer superannuation contribution and 17.5% leave loading (Nurse Grade 6 (1))

Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) Requirements

It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against vaccine preventable diseases as listed on the Role Description.
