CQ Health's newly established Internal Nursing and Midwifery Agency - aCQuire are currently looking for a Nurse Manager or Senior Project Officer interested in leading this newly established project. Within this role you'll be responsible for the establishment, recruitment and onboarding of nurses and midwives throughout the 12 month project period.

About the Role
This role focuses on the development, implementation and co-ordination of a CQHHS Internal Nursing and Midwifery Agency- aCQuire. This relief agency will provide nursing/midwifery staff (Registered and Enrolled) to CQHHS clinical teams and facilities. aCQuire will be co-ordinated through the NMWU and will provide a responsive, reflexive and sustainable Nursing and Midwifery workforce for Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
Salary Information
The total remuneration value of up to $123,633 p.a. is comprised of: salary between $101,159 - $108,359 p.a. (AO6) or the total remuneration value of up to $140,297 p.a. is comprised of: salary between $113,261 - $122,964 p.a. (Nurse Grade 7) up to 12.75% employer superannuation contribution and 17.5% leave loading.
Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) Requirements
It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against vaccine preventable diseases as listed on the Role Description.
