The role of the New Endings Men’s Outreach Worker is to address the holistic needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men by assisting them to access and utilise existing services and assisting them to negotiate and navigate the health and social services system through culturally appropriate principles and strategies.

Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.

Salary Information:

Total remuneration value of up to $8,129 p.m. is comprised of;

• A salary between $2,974.60 - $3.277.20 p.f.
• Up to 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
• 17.5% leave loading

It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against vaccine preventable diseases as listed on the Role Description.
