The Support Officer, Leadership and Culture Program will provide high level support to the Leadership and Culture Program and actively contribute to the efficient day to day operational requirements of the team.

In this role the successful applicant will:

* Provide high quality support and assistance with the preparation of reports, briefs, memorandums, submissions, correspondence which comply with Departmental style guides using MINCOR.
* Demonstrate your understanding and application of Delegations (Financial/HR) and the QCS HR Services intranet portal.
* Provide support and assistance in the use of office communication, technology, filing and record keeping.
*Book, manage and reconcile all travel including flights, accommodation and car hire using CTM.
* Timely review and lodgement of HR paperwork for payroll purposes to QSS Self Service Centre as required.
* Liaise with Facilities for ID cards, Security for building access and IT for network access for new starters or as required.
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, respond to new and unexpected events and appropriately escalate issues.
* Provide support to staff on administrative and information technology issues, assist with employee onboarding and induction, provide basic training to administrative staff on office systems, and complete other human resource administration tasks as required.
