The AO7 Principal Consultant Culture Program provides expert advice and guidance to support the building safer of workplaces and a positive organisational culture. The role further promotes, supports and enhances QCS organisational culture through the the design and delivery of programs and services.
The Principal Consultant works in partnership with other areas of the business, to build a capable and resilient workforce.
In this role, you will:
- Fulfill their role and responsibilities in accordance with QCS values.
- Undertake the review, development and implementation of strategies, policies and procedures relating to organisation wide culture and development.
- Develop and nurture productive relationships to ensure Culture Program initiatives are aligned and integrated for organisational success.
- Undertake strategic intelligence gathering in relation to potential systemic organisational issues.
- Research, assess and critically analyse and trend information gathered through a range of elicitation techniques.
- Prepare and present high-quality and timely reports, correspondence and briefings and ensure high quality documentation is developed for all stakeholder groups.
- Support other QCS culture related initiatives to ensure ongoing alignment to the 5-year QCS Culture Framework.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts through working parties and other stakeholder consultation activities to understand complex workforce matters and co-design innovative, future focussed and evidence informed solutions.
