Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join the Community Corrections and Specialist Operations (CCSO) Project Delivery Command (PDC). As the Project Manager, you will:
- Provide strategic direction to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Support CCSO PDC Director in delivering high-quality project services
- Lead complex research, analysis, and stakeholder consultations
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enable project delivery
- Coordinate activities aligned with project objectives and outcomes
- Apply strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills
- Promote a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Ensure projects meet quality, time, and cost standards
- Prepare project plans, business cases, and documentation using QCS frameworks
- Deliver sensitive reports, briefs, and correspondence per government guidelines
- Identify and track project benefits aligned with agency goals
- Manage change initiatives and foster knowledge sharing
- Provide high-level advice to executives and governance boards
- Ensure secure and appropriate information exchange across agencies
