Remuneration value up to $140 297.00 p.a., comprising salary between $113 261.00 - $122 964.00 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NRG7) (Applications will remain current for 12 months). Job Ad Reference: TC310975

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this position is to participate in the delivery of adult mental health services by providing high quality clinical assessment, treatment and case management in conjunction with other service providers to clients with mental health problems and disorders. The position functions within an integrated multidisciplinary team in a Primary Health Care environment servicing the remote indigenous communities of Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service.

  • Confirmation of appointment is subject to favorable outcome of relevant Aged Care Checks in accordance with ‘Section 63-1A of the Sanctions Amendment Principles' and for the purposes of the ‘Aged Care Check 1997'.
  • It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated/immune against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment: measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chicken pox), pertussis (whooping cough), hepatitis B.
