About us
At the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), our primary responsibility is to provide support and guidance to the Premier and to Cabinet to effectively deliver on the government's priorities, commitments, decisions and objectives for the betterment of the community.
The Behavioural Economics and Research Team (BERT) fosters collaborative cross-government and industry partnerships and applies best practice, evidence-based behavioural insights to solve Queensland Government challenges and priorities.
Your opportunity
As the Senior Advisor, you will support the coordination and delivery of the team's core research capabilities and projects from concept to evaluation. You will develop research materials to support these projects and prepare advice based on best practice and current government policy.
About you
The Behavioural Economics and Research team are looking for an experienced Senior Advisor who is keen to further develop their research skills and is passionate about applying behavioural insights, behavioural economics and/or behavioural science to government policy and services. Some previous experience in mixed research methods for behaviour change, or management of multi-stakeholder projects would be highly regarded.
