Payroll Services Officer

Queensland Shared Services provides accurate and timely payroll and establishment services to a wide range of Queensland Government agencies. We are looking for Service Delivery Officers to join our teams in Brisbane, Rockhampton and Townsville.
This position is part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as part of the recent Machinery-of-Government changes. CDSB is currently in negotiations for a certified agreement to cover all CDSB employees.ﾠ In the meantime, the Core Agreement conditions apply to this position.

We're looking for team members who can:
- Process and validate timely and accurate end to end payroll and establishment transactions
- Provide business support including data entry, spreadsheeting and word processing
- Work as part of a collaborative team
- Identify, recommend and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships
- Deliver high quality customer services
- Demonstrate strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and deadlines
- Contribute to an accountable, fair and safe work environment
