This position is part the Ecotourism and Industry Engagement Unit who are responsible for administering and co-ordinating estate management activities on land managed by the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service & Partnerships (QPWS&P) including sustainable ecotourism, service facilities (water, electricity and telecommunications) and resources use such as mining, coal seam gas, grazing, and plant part harvesting.

This position requires an applicant who:
• Administration skills.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal (including liaison, advice and preparation of written reports).
• Research, analysis and problem solving.
• Ability to be an effective member of the team either working autonomously or within the team environment.
• Ability to manage projects related to estate management in protected areas, state forests and marine parks
