The Senior Administration Officer key responsibilities are:

• Develop, implement and maintain effective administrative systems in the work unit, including systems relating to the management of assets, financial and human resources, performance reporting and business processes such as correspondence management.
• Provide timely, high quality advice and support to the work unit on the management of assets, facilities, financial and human resources, performance reporting and business systems, including the provision of financial reports, documents, presentations, briefs and correspondence as required.
• Manage the business processes relating to the financial, human and physical resources of the Branch including preparation of budget forecasts and expenditure reconciliations, analysis of and resolution of discrepancies, and management of accommodation and assets.
• Manage administrative staff as required, and provide training, assistance, support and mentoring to administrative staff.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to inquiries relevant to the work unit, including maintaining close links with and meeting reporting requirements of the Principal Executive Officer.
