The Connecting Care team delivers a range of services including Waitlist Management and Appointment Confirmations, YourQH Consumer Support, Health Practitioner Access to the Viewer Opt Out Service and Rapid Response Campaigns.

About the Health Contact Centre:

The HCC is part of the Queensland Government's commitment to addressing the growing demand in health services in Queensland. The HCC operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week delivering confidential telephone assessment and information services to the people of Queensland. The HCC strives to educate and empower people to make informed choices about their health and health care, promoting better health through the delivery of evidence-based clinical practice.  

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent leadership and people management including rostering, demand forecasting and attendance management.
  • Advanced change management, organisational and analytical skills with an ability to design and implement systems and campaigns.
  • High level experience in the use of client record management systems or clinical systems, including preparing reporting, data auditing and writing requirements for technology change.
  • Well-developed communication and facilitation skills with an ability to work collaboratively to make decisions in a dynamic and environment of change.
