As the Director, Culture and Capability you’ll lead the charge in designing and implementing initiatives aimed at transforming employee performance, enhancing engagement, and fortifying our organisational capability.

In this newly introduced role, you’ll represent the department in various cross-agency forums and will use your influence and expertise to drive meaningful change. About Us:

At the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), our primary responsibility is to provide support and guidance to the Premier and Cabinet to effectively deliver on the government's priorities, commitments, decisions, and objectives for the betterment of the community.

Your opportunity:

Working with the People and Culture leadership team, and in partnership with public sector organisations and external providers, you will:

• Develop, implement, and enhance capability development, engagement, diversity, and inclusion programs.

• Drive organisational change and innovation initiatives.

• Deliver expert and strategic advice to senior leaders and to staff.

• Design and implement human centred interventions that build a constructive and safe culture.

 

In this role you will embody and bring to life our strategic principles:
