As the Project Manager, eDOCS Upgrade Project, you will manage the implementation and delivery of eDOCS upgrade for users of the platform, while maintaining a customer/stakeholder focus.
You will also undertake a leadership role to drive the project management governance and process methodology and provide high level advice to the Project Executive and Board.

Your key responsibilities:
• Lead the upgrade of eDOCS platform successfully, with accountability for the project, its progress, reporting and outcomes.
• Develop project plan and be responsible for the delivery based on agreed timelines, schedule, budget, scope and quality parameters to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage project issues, risks and problems in consultation with stakeholders to ensure appropriate controls and mitigation strategies are in place for timely delivery.
• Advise Project Executive and Board of any deviations from the agreed plan that exceeds set tolerances and provide recommendations on way forward.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, with internal teams and external vendor, including communication, negotiation and influencing stakeholders to work together to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain own professional development and your teams, whilst contributing to a learning culture to enhance capabilities of other project staff.
Technical skills, abilities and cultural capability:
• Proven project delivery experience using Prince2 / Agile methodologies in a large organization.
• Proven experience in successfully managing teams of staff with multi-disciplinary skillsets.
• Works independently and follows through on assignments with minimal direction.
• Coordinates people/resources/projects by determining the time, place and sequence of actions to be taken on the basis of analysis of data

• This role will perform other essential duties and tasks specific to the position as would be reasonably required.
