This role is a combination of HR and administrative responsibilities. You will have a background in HR, strong organisational capabilities, a keen eye for detail, excellent time management and effective problem-solving skills. More than anything, you will bring a positive attitude and make a valuable contribution to our connected People and Culture team.

As the Senior HR Business Officer (Correspondence and Projects) you will:

  • Provide high quality human resources advice and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, the People and Culture leadership team and the Chief Human Resources Officer.
  • Contribute to projects related to human resources services and initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate governance activities and reporting requirements for People and Culture.
  • Be the central coordination point for People and Culture to manage the flow of correspondence and provide input into documents and feedback by the stated deadline.
  • Prepare and review correspondence and/or reports for review by the People and Culture team and Chief Human Resources Officer.
  • Manage and maintain registers, spreadsheets and document tracking systems to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Act as the secretariat for committees within People and Culture to record accurate minutes and actions and follow up action items as required.
  • Oversee the delivery of the People and Culture operational plan with the Chief Human Resources Officer to ensure that the deliverables on track and delivered by the People and Culture leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and track the status of People and Culture projects in an organised and efficient manner to brief the Chief Human Resources Officer.
