About the role:
As Workforce Strategy Project Officer, you will provide comprehensive support and advice on the design, development, and implementation of workforce strategies
through the analysis of workforce data, research, insights and trends.

You will work with the business and HR specialists across the agency to design and implement tools and strategies that enable on-the-ground solutions to strategic workforce issues - workable solutions to systemic workforce issues.

The broader Workforce Strategy team are accountable for the following HR functions:
• Workforce planning, reporting and analytics.
• Attraction and retention initiatives.
• HR Systems.
• Contract management of Senior Executive Service Employment

To be successful you will have:
• You need to be a strategic thinker, ability to connect to the big picture.
• Project management / planning skills.
• Experience in workforce planning or organisational design initiatives to improve workforce design or resource forecasting.
• Experience analysing data from multiple sources and making recommendations to inform workforce strategies.
• Interpersonal and consultation skills with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• You have great ideas and the ability to transform them into action.
• You have a good sense of humour and like to have fun while kicking goals!
