About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
- Strong technical skills
- At least 5 years' experience in creating, manipulating and visualising complex datasets on a range of platforms (e.g. SQL, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Experience developing and implementing new reports and visualisations that meet business requirements, including data quality verification.
- Ability to apply advanced analytics and statistical techniques to draw insights and identify trends from different sources of data, including exploratory analysis and exposure to AI and ML models.
- Strong Project management skills (i.e. experience in Agile or Prince2 Agile principles) including the ability to prepare project proposals, establish performance measures, monitor project timelines, deliverables and outcomes.
- Ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences to identify and solve business problems.
- Experience improving data literacy and maturing data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences.
