Land Transport and Safety Regulation (LTSR) branch is seeking motivated and highly organised individuals to apply for three AO3 Executive Support Officer roles in beautiful Brisbane.
Your primary role will be to support one of the Executive Directors within LTSR. There are three Executive Directors whose areas deliver policy and program reform and compliance functions to ensure the safety and efficiency of the Queensland transport system. You will also be responsible for fostering relationships across LTSR and associated stakeholders.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:
• Provide accurate, confidential and timely comprehensive support to the Executive Director, including document preparation and coordination, minute taking, various adhoc activities and preparation of materials for meetings.
• Maintain the Executive Directors diary, and undertake daily administrative tasks, including management of calendars, appointments, meeting coordination, travel itineraries, accommodation bookings, procurement, preparation of presentation packages and coordination of program reports, briefings and materials for the Executive Director and Directors.
• Build and maintain positive, collaborative and trusted relationships with Executive Director and Directors, being responsive to, and proactively seeking to understand their needs, and communicating in a clear and concise manner.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships between the Executive Directors' offices, and the offices of the General Manager, Deputy Director-General as well as all staff within the team.
• Liaise with committees and working groups concerned with developing, coordinating, and implementing policies consistent with the division's business plan, and the department's strategic direction. Some of the additional benefits this opportunity offers include:
