Key responsibilities include:
• Liaise and collaborate with our agency partners and internal stakeholders to introduce and explore new business opportunities and review existing service arrangements with a customer digital-first lens.
• Develop service proposals in collaboration with our agency partners to facilitate new business or changes to existing service arrangements.
• Coordinate and manage the design and implementation of multi-channel service solutions using project management and human-centred design methodology.
• Establish, strengthen and nurture partnerships between internal teams, agency partners, and third-party service providers.
• Monitor, review, and report on the performance of our services to ensure shared objectives are delivered, customer satisfaction is prioritised, and continuous improvement is identified and actioned.
• Prepare and deliver a range of communications to stakeholders, team members and senior leadership to ensure others are fully briefed on your service portfolio, tasks and progress.
• Contribute to and represent the division as a positive and professional working culture internally and across government and industry networks.
• Maintain professional development and contribute to the professional development of direct reports through mentoring and coaching.
