We have a unique opportunity for a transformational leader with a minimum of 12 months' experience leading a team through change within an RTI (or similar) context, to lead our RTI team through significant operational uplift for an initial 6 month contract in our Brisbane West End office.
As the Manager RTI, you will have the privilege in contributing to realising our vision as aligned with QBCC's vision of a thriving and resilient building and construction industry, inspiring confidence and supporting sustainable social, environmental and economic outcomes for Queensland. Specifically, you will help us build and maintain trust with our customers and people through:
- Structured and consultative leadership of our RTI team and fostering high performance
- Analysis of information and data to make decisions and provide recommendations
- Assisting the Director RTI and Privacy prepare QBCC's readiness for legislative reform
- Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships regarding information handling practices
- Providing advice and technical expertise to staff and stakeholders
- Leading and delivering innovative RTI projects
- Building and implementing RTI transformational best practices
