The Department of Environment, Science and Innovation is seeking a Director to lead an evolving program of work, supporting partners across the department in delivering initiatives that support our commitment to reframing our relationship with Aboriginal peoples and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
To excel in this role, you will draw on your experience to deliver impactful change by working with and through others. Your ability to influence action and outcomes derives from the relationships you build, not the position you hold. You are comfortable with ambiguity and maintain resilience and a focus on delivery even as priorities change. You consistently model our commitment to a respectful and inclusive workplace.
Your work will be challenging and at times confronting; it will also be highly engaging and empowering. You will be supported to succeed, working with a collaborative and connected team, and engaging with partners who are truly committed to making a difference to all Queenslanders.
The role sits within our People and Culture branch, in the Corporate Services division, and will work closely with stakeholders across the department.
Applications to remain current for 12 months.
