Job details

We are looking for an experienced online and engagement specialist who will manage QSA's online presence with a focus on increasing engagement of the archival collection.

You will work as part of dynamic team and engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

As the Senior Digital Engagement Officer, you will:
• Implement, monitor and evaluate overarching online strategies to increase engagement with QSA's archival collection
• Prepare a variety of communication material suitable for online engagement through multiple platforms
• Provide advice and contribute to QSA's strategic communication goals through the development of plans and strategies
• Communicate with empathy, sensitivity, and cultural awareness to engage diverse audiences to promote and drive access to QSA's archival collection
• Extract, manipulate and analyse online access data to produce documents and reports that contribute to and support strategic, business and operational planning to ensure QSA meets its Service Delivery Statement measure
• Maintain expertise and operational knowledge of current and emergent trends, technologies and practices in online social media to drive and increase digital access to the collection to meet critical targets
• Collaborate effectively across the Engagement Services team to deliver key projects that contribute to QSA's strategic agenda
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, promote an environment of strong customer service, collaboration and teamwork to achieve quality outcomes within agreed performance measures
