About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide backfill to Administration Officer vacancies which occur as a result of various forms of planned or unexpected leave, undertaking a range of duties which provide effective and confidential administrative support to management, clinical staff and other key professionals across various sites across Metro North within Community and Oral Health.
About you
This successful applicant will carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Ensure the client confidentiality is maintained at all times in accordance with Queensland Health Policy.
- Achieves results by delivering effective outcomes and assuming accountability
- Use high level communication skills both verbal and written to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings ensuring accuracy and formatting in line with expected standards
- Provide confidential administrative support including the production of high-quality documents and records.
- Effective time management with the ability to balance priorities and work on multiple tasks, getting work done in an effective and efficient manner and communicating early if there are circumstances that will prevent from meeting deadlines
