This role will provide Information Security advice and support to ensure that TMRs Information Security solutions and requirements are achieved and that information resources, particularly those critical to the functioning of TMR, are secured from threat while enabling the business to operate effectively.
As part of the team, you will work across a range of internal and external stakeholders to operate and mature the cyber security capability and contribute to delivery of operational Information Security needs for TMR.
Some Of Your Responsibilities will include
- Contribute to the development and implementation of cyber security across all aspects of the technology environment including the design and review of IT controls and monitoring mechanisms to comply with relevant security frameworks and standards.
- Manage Security tasks triaged through various tools and technology portals for detection, investigation and remediation of security incidents.
- Working with Information Technology Branch's SIEM, vulnerability management and other enterprise scanning tools to confirm controls are effective
- Support the Cyber security arrangements with guidance from the Principal Security specialist in detecting and responding to cyber threats, events and incidents.
- Provide Cyber Security advice, guidance and instruction for general queries or requests received.
- Monitor and report on Information Security Incidents, including rotational on-call (after hours) for 24x7 Services and Infrastructure.
