Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the progress of executive and ministerial correspondence and briefing notes (including DocTrak, PPQs, QoNs, Estimates and Cabinet matters) to ensure delivery within required timeframes.
- Review all correspondence to ensure accuracy of content, standard of presentation and compatibility with departmental and governmental requirements.
- Provide assistance, training and induction to new and existing DocTrak and DMS system users within the division.
- Provide support and advice to divisional staff on document tracking systems and the preparation of correspondence in line with predetermined standards and protocols.
- Support the development and implementation of changes to systems and procedures that improve the development and passage of correspondence.

- Previous correspondence experience (including the use of Doctrak)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to liaise and communicate confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
