As a senior member of the Court Application Operations team, you will use your technical expertise to support and enhance core, line of business applications, in addition to delivering effective and reliable ICT support and solutions. You will deliver proactive regular maintenance tasks, incident/problem investigation and resolution, request fulfilment, continuous service improvement activities, and various project activities.

• Provide technical expertise to support, maintain, and enhance critical business applications.
• Develop, undertake and continuously refine routine, proactive system checks and maintenance activities on business-critical systems.
• Provide specialist technical knowledge and skills in the fulfilment of requests from either clients, other IT teams, or external service providers.
• Provide responsive escalated technical support in the investigation and resolution of complex incidents and problems.
• Assist in the delivery of discrete operational project work packages or managed activities as directed by your team leader or the management team.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including clients, colleagues, other business units, and external providers.
• Provide technical leadership to junior members of the team as required.
• Maintain an awareness of current and emerging whole of Government ICT through researching of strategies, policies, standards, and of relevant technologies and industry best practice.
• Use your initiative and proactive approach to identify opportunities and initiatives that will enhance I&CT delivered services.
