As an Information Support Officer, Executive Correspondence Unit you will ensure the efficient delivery of executive correspondence functions within a busy and time critical work environment.
The Executive Correspondence Unit delivers ministerial and executive correspondence functions for the department of the Office of the Premier to a high standard, in a high-volume and deadline orientated environment.

At the Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC), our primary responsibility is to provide support and guidance to the Premier and Cabinet to effectively deliver on the government's priorities, commitments, decisions, and objectives for the betterment of the community.
Your opportunity
In this role you will utilise your ability to build positive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, help assess prioritise and manage incoming correspondence, invitations and briefing notes ensuring they are registered in a timely manner.
You will play a key role in contributing to the development and implementation of improvements, processes, and quality control methods ro ensure a high standard of output and client service from the team.
About you
You will thrive working in an environment which is fast paces, where attention to detail is critical and you work closely with your team to meet daily deadlines. You enjoy working within a supportive team environment.
Experience using an electronic records management system ( for example, TRIM) and Microsoft Office (Specifically Mircosoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) is highly desired.
