Position is located in Brisbane and the successful candidate will need to enter into a Flexible Work Arrangement upon commencement to reflect the office location you are seeking to work from. If working from a regional office, travel to the Brisbane office will be required regularly (frequency to be negotiated with successful candidate) to fulfil operational business needs.

 

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with the Minimum Financial Requirements (MFR) by providing recommendations, collating assessment outcomes, and interpreting relevant legislation and policies. Key responsibilities include prioritising financial assessments, conducting audits, and monitoring licensee compliance. You will liaise with various stakeholders, represent the QBCC in educational activities, and provide evidence in tribunals and courts. Additionally, you'll contribute to strategic policy direction, assist in project management, and deliver exceptional customer service, all while offering authoritative advice on MFR regulations and the Queensland Building and
Construction Commission Act.
