As our Engagement Support Officer, you will:
• Support the delivery of community and stakeholder engagement campaigns, through independent completion of tasks using discretionary judgement to ensure program deliverables are achieved within project milestone timeframes.
• Work under guidance to determine and implement own work priorities, follow established procedures and track progress of individual deliverables in alignment with project requirements. Consult with team members to ensure effective coordination of activities reflecting the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service when liaising with internal stakeholders and managing incoming enquiries from external stakeholders through a client relationship management system.
• Respond to queries within knowledge base or delegate queries to the appropriate officer for action. Escalate complaints and identify reputational risks and issues in relation to potentially sensitive matters and circumstances.
• Liaise with external service providers to achieve optimal outcomes for project deliverables.
• Use program systems and mapping systems to effectively plan and report project activities.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for optimal delivery of tasks to meet project outcomes.
• Contribute to identifying enhancements to the programs client relationship management system and undertake user acceptance testing.
