Job details

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will:
Work collaboratively with the Housing Service Centre and health stakeholders to deliver holistic, Place based and trauma-informed occupational therapy services.
Provide specialist occupational therapy expertise and advice for customers requiring home modifications, transfers, tenancy management or housing assistance. Work closely with allied health service partners to flexibly deliver services to customers online, by telephone or in person with a focus on safety, service excellence and quality outcomes.

Contribute to the design and review of new accessible social housing properties Planned travel within the region (2-4 nights) is a requirement of these roles.
Accommodation expenses may be considered for the successful candidate where eligible.
