Change, Release and Environment Management is responsible for:
• The governance and application of the change management process used in QSS to administer system changes.
• The planning, coordination and control of system releases for each of the HR Payroll, Finance and Third-Party solutions managed by QSS.
• The preparation and management of environment related activities to maintain systems and solutions to ensure their integrity and stability.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate and manage testing activities to deliver system and application testing services in accordance with expectations and effectively manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders in the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of system and application testing related assets and artefacts, including frameworks, test plans and test scripts and data to deliver an optimal test coverage level.
• Manage all the key phases of testing activities including test scope and planning, estimation and scheduling, execution and reporting, ensuring rigorous internal controls and risk management strategies are in place.
• Lead test coordinator to create the Master Test Plans and Test completion reports at the completion of each test phase and progressing the document to receive the necessary endorsements and approvals.
• Lead test coordinator in overseeing quality and efficiencies of system, integration, user acceptance and regression testing and associated activities such as defect logging, prioritisation and management, within established frameworks, strategies, standards, methodologies and policies.
• Development and maintenance of positive, constructive relationships within the CREM team and QSS stakeholders.
• Build self-capabilities to improve performance and meet current and future demands through effective training and documentation of processes and procedures.
