Environment Coordinator

• Execute defined tasks in transport deployment and environmental refreshes as well as checking logs and reporting to ensure changes are transitioned and implemented successfully. Ensure process and procedure documentation is maintained.
• Identify and analyse issues, draw evidence-based conclusions and provide accurate advice to stakeholders. Seek guidance and collaborate with the team in resolution of issues to ensure systems and technology are delivered on time.
• Follow documented procedures consistently and accurately in the coordination and progression of change requests and synchronised business solutions (application configuration, program objects and technology solutions) across the organisation.
• Contribute to the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of Change, Release, Environment and Transport Management frameworks, strategies, processes and methodologies.
• Develop an understanding for and then support the work environment and business direction as the organisation adapts to changing priorities across multiple integrated Finance, HR/Payroll and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
• Assist senior resources in the development, communication and coordination of change control processes, integrated release scheduling processes, environment continuity processes and technical cutover management processes.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders. Commit energy and drive as an effective representative of the team being aware, thoughtful and responsive to emerging client needs and expectations.
• Improve subject knowledge, technical proficiency and IT Service Management competencies in Change, Release, Environment and Transport Management.
