Metropolitan Region Technical Services is seeking an experienced data and information officer to support the region in capturing and maintaining critical data and information related to road traffic and the management and maintenance of TMR's civil road infrastructure assets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously in a team of diverse professionals dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the region's asset data. Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Maintain Asset Management Database (ARMIS) using as-constructed data and drawings.
• Data collection and validation of traffic information, structures and drawings
• Provide asset related reports and advice to internal and external stakeholders.

To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following requirements of the role:
• Knowledge of state-controlled road network or the ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience of (or the ability to rapidly acquire) TMR's road management information system (ARMIS) or similar information management
systems.
